Marketing Executive - (Full-Time) / Remote

Position: Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will develop and implement marketing campaigns, create marketing materials, and support overall marketing activities. The role requires a creative and analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:

    • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and plans.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  2. Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Content Creation:

    • Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.
    • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create engaging content.
  4. Digital Marketing:

    • Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including the website and social media accounts.
    • Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.
    • Oversee email marketing campaigns and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  5. Event Management:

    • Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
    • Coordinate logistics, negotiate with vendors, and ensure successful event execution.
  6. Market Analysis:

    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
    • Prepare reports and present findings to the marketing team and management.
  7. Budget Management:

    • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
    • Track expenses and prepare financial reports.
  8. Brand Management:

    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
    • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, 2nd PUC considerable.
  2. Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
