Within 90 days of receiving your insurance bond, we will register a site agreement in your name for a plot of 20×30 = 600 SQFT in our layout projects. The cost of site agreement registration is borne by the investor.

You have the option to either pay an additional 2.5 lakhs to register the site in your name or request a refund of your initial investment at the time of agreement registration cancellation.

Yes, if you like our scheme but prefer a site from another company, you can still invest with us. We will facilitate the site agreement registration, provided you have verified the legitimacy and documentation of the external project.

You can still become an investor by selling any existing site you own in Bangalore or its suburbs and investing the proceeds with us. You need to provide accurate information and documentation about your site, and we will assist in the sale process without any commission.
